LeeAnn Olson

Indigenous Wellness Counsellor/Facilitator

LeeAnn Olson is an Indigenous Wellness Counsellor and Facilitator at Slaxin Lelum Medicine House with deep roots in both the Cheslatta Carrier Nation on her father’s side and the Cree Nation on her mother’s side. LeeAnn carries the spirit name Healing Eagle Spirit, a name received in sweat lodge. Her teachings and practices are grounded in her cultural heritage.

LeeAnn’s approach is holistic, integrating the Medicine Wheel to guide healing, and she is passionate about helping individuals navigate trauma through a cultural lens. Raised in these traditions and guided by this wisdom, she also received formal education at the Nicola Valley Institute of Technology (NVIT) and the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV), where she honed her skills in counselling.

Her work empowers Indigenous peoples and supports them on their journey toward healing and wholeness.
